Santiago de Chile

Santiago - getting up at 6 o'clock helps you getting sightseeing done by midday and then time to start la marathon gastronomique

First aperitif - terromoto (heavy mix of wine and ice cream) in la Piojera

Then fish dish in Mercado central
Just getting started - tbc...
